Submit to us one (1) layout that you believe is the best representation of your style. It doesn't have to be your best work, but one that displays how you normally scrap.
Include a short bio (name, where you live and anything you want us to know), a link to your blog and if you want, a link to other galleries, and an acknowledgement that you read the requirements.
