It's Official!

I can official let the cat out of the bag and let everyone know that I have been asked to stick around for a second term over at Birds of a Feather Kit Co. I am beyond thrilled and blessed to be working with Amy for a second term, as the DT Leader. I truly love the kits that she puts together, but more importantly, I love the board.

As you can see, this is one fun kit! And, I want to share with you what I've created, so far, with it. I started with this menu board. I REALLY need on to keep me focused and organized, so picked up a frame and figured I would figure the rest of it out as I went along. As it happens, my kit arrived the same day I purchased the frame, and once I opened the kit I knew it would be perfect for this project. 

I had to keep the decorations minimal (and flat) since the entire thing is behind glass. So, the wasi tape was perfect, along with a couple of die cut flowers.

Now, my second project was a layout. I used a sketch from the Studio Calico blog as inspiration and went to town working with the beautiful AC papers. For the envie, I wrapped with with twine and finished it off with one of the super darling SC paper clips.
